Share the good times. Respect the people in them.

Using CrewRoll

These Terms govern CrewRoll, operated by Ankit Upadhyay. By agreeing in the app, you accept these Terms. You must be able to consent legally, provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. Obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

What you share

You keep ownership of your photos. You give CrewRoll only the permission needed to encrypt, temporarily store and deliver them to your trip members. Only share photos you own or have permission to share, including the permission of people whose privacy is affected. Your crew can keep saved originals after a trip or account ends.

Keep people safe

Do not share illegal material, child sexual abuse material or other sexual content involving children, non-consensual intimate images, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use CrewRoll to spam, deceive, bypass security, or disrupt the service.

You can report a photo or member and block a person in the app. Reports send the selected reason, optional message and relevant account/trip identifiers; CrewRoll does not receive decrypted photo contents. Blocking stops your participation in the shared trip; if you host it, the trip ends. It also prevents sharing a future trip together until unblocked. Contact support@crewroll.app for urgent safety concerns. We may restrict access or remove temporary shared copies when investigating misuse or complying with law.

Sharing and availability

Automatic sharing depends on permissions, connectivity, device storage and operating-system scheduling. Opening the app helps it catch up. Force-closing the app can delay sharing. Check the saved status before relying on a photo’s delivery. Keep your own backups: CrewRoll’s temporary storage expires. The beta may have bugs, and availability or limits may change.

Your account

You can stop using CrewRoll or delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent, ends trips you host and removes associated temporary copies; it does not remove photos already saved by you or others. Our Privacy Policy explains processing and retention.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these Terms and ask you to accept material changes before further sharing.
